Event Security Jobs in Lane County Oregon
Part-time positions available in Lane County Oregon for Unarmed Security Professionals working in event-based atmospheres.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Officers will be working in and around large crowds, loud environments, diverse job sites with fast paced changing directives as the site dictates. Duties may include: patrol, emergency response, incident reporting, crowd control, egress and access control, alcohol monitoring and public relations. Must be able to work independently and have strong customer service skills.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Must not have criminal convictions, and must be able to pass a background investigation.
Must be able to speak and write English proficiently.
Must be able to pass a employment drug screen if incident arises.
Must be able to adhere to a strict attendance policy.
Must have a reliable means of transportation or a way to and from job sites.
Must have a reliable means of communication, cell phone is a must for scheduling purposes and site check ins etc.
Required Licenses and Certifications:
- DPSST Unarmed Security License
- OLCC Alcohol Service Permit (optional) More hours available with both.
$10.00 per hour + D.O.E. increases at regularly scheduled intervals.
